I counted at least 11, tiny one up front is a bit obscured by the writing. I didn't see any dots on his chin or chest area.Also, it has exactly 10 dorsal spines if you count in the picture I posted. I'm by no means an expert on these fish, just this one did have the longest snout I've seen on these types of fish.
They are a few variations, interesting fish either way. But even the other ones I've seen always had the full black eye.
