I like.the strainer idea

It's a 5g bucket. The strainer floats. I mixed up some salt water and I'm dripping in from my display slowly to raise salinity and just topping off my tank with the mixed salt.

Once they reach salinity I'm going to pull the strainer up and put into another container with full sanity and use safety stop, which is two dips. First Formalin, then methelyn blue. This should make it easy to move them each time.

Powder blue. He was second to last in tang wise. I intentionally got the orange a little bigger than him. Both have gotten larger but the orange shoulder is a DAWG. He is clearly running the show right now.

I recently got Anthias from them too, straight into the display no issues. Well, the Bimacs didn't make it but the Bartletts and Lyretail are doing great. Will buy from them again. What did you get? And what are you dipping them in?

Safety Stop dip. I always use it. It's good to knock things off of fish before going into QT. I might do a hydrogen peroxide dip though, not sure how sensitive anthias are.

I got a JF Homewrecker and a Peng's HOTO today. When I went to dip them I accidentally grabbed the bag of citric acid not KCL (they are in the same type bag and I forgot I had that Citric Acid) Luckily it didn't take me long to realize it. That could have been bad, real bad.

Do you check salinity in the bag, it depends on what the salinity is. If they are matched or close to 1.025 then I don't mind skipping drip
