Thanks mate!

Don't be fooled by the pics they were taken straight after an overhaul lol.
Yeah I run chaeto in my pax, my LFS doesn't have chaeto either but one of the guys who works there gave me a handful from his tank a few months ago and it's still going strong. Let me know if you need any and I'll sort some out for you.
The power switch is great and it's like all the other RF gear where you get notifications if there's an issue, I'm really liking the RF gear I can't really complain tbh.
Haha I guess so, all that 'instagram perfect' stuff :p
Still looks great and a lot cleaner. My sump didn't look half that good when I did a bit of a clean a while back haha.
Oh that's good of them. If you really wouldn't mind that'd be amazing to grab some to try and get it up and going.

Yeah I like that you've got the tablet/ipad showing everything as well. Really cool way to have it all set up and makes it super easy to see where things are at. Really cool tech.
I think I've got my testing down to about 30-45mins per testing session but that's usually only once a fortnight now so whilst it's not bad, it's still something that would be nice to not have to do and have something checking more often.
Guess it's just down to taking the plunge and committing with a few things and then working it all together and building it up over time to include more things.

Yeah that was my plan with the Reef Factory gear, buying gear as I needed it and slowly building it up.
I now have 10 pieces of RF gear where they test/monitor parameters and it's great not having to worry about it, and as long as you keep the gear calibrated everything works fine.
The iPad is great and I'm even thinking of even putting it on the table next to the tank so I can always see the parameters :grinning-face-with-smiling-eyes:

Could maybe even stick it to the other side of the door so it doesn't take up additional space, but I guess you may have to worry about water damage if the fish like to flick water as much as mine!

That’s actually a good idea, the iPad is white so I might try it out and see how it looks.
