Me too! They dont fight (they do take food from each other though) they are all good together.I love how eels tend to congregate!
Yea you did haha, love it! What's number 11? It's very cool lookingI came to drop bombs
Im working on a fish area in the basement, and if i do i want a fowlr and some eels. I think that'd be great!Me too! They dont fight (they do take food from each other though) they are all good together.
Highly recommend! My fang tooth eels can be a pain sometimes with fish that are slender (like a cleaner wrasse). They will always eat the cleaner wrasse when it tries to clean themIm working on a fish area in the basement, and if i do i want a fowlr and some eels. I think that'd be great!
To be fair, if it swims right up to your mouth... *shrug*Highly recommend! My fang tooth eels can be a pain sometimes with fish that are slender (like a cleaner wrasse). They will always eat the cleaner wrasse when it tries to clean them
Thank you, it was definitely a beautJust the placement of that next to the other colors.... absolute stunners!
Right! But the videos of them cleaning morays in the wild is cool and I want to have one for the tangs. Thinking of trying a cleaner shrimp, some seem to have success with cleaner shrimps (even with the pebble eels) or the shrimp gets eaten immediately. Very torn about trying oneTo be fair, if it swims right up to your mouth... *shrug*

I mean, I'd say it's worth a go. Absolute worse case scenario... it was a very expensive, yet nutritious meal..Right! Yeah, my fimbriated has taken out a few things I thought too big. Torpedo shaped fish are definitely a no go, so no Thalassoma or Halichoeres for me any more.Highly recommend! Yeah downsides of loving predators!! My eels are fine with thalassomas if they are big!Yeah, my fimbriated has taken out a few things I thought too big. Torpedo shaped fish are definitely a no go, so no Thalassoma or Halichoeres for me any more.
Trying to go with all bigger bodied fish for any new additions.
Tempted to try adding a neon goby or 2 at night, thinking it's small enough to ignore, but I can already picture the panther grouper swallowing it whole, or the puffers/triggers trying to eat it.
My at the time 16" fimbriated (now 22") took out a 6" hardwickes like it was nothing. Just gone one morning and the eel had a fat belly.Yeah downsides of loving predators!! My eels are fine with thalassomas if they are big!
Oh wow! I waz going to get one of those as my last eel edition but heard lots of stories and my two fang tooth eels are amazing so why tempt it lol. My last eel edition is going to be a skeletor. Hope this experience with @Dr. Reef is better than the first time I tried them. Excited about the eelMy at the time 16" fimbriated (now 22") took out a 6" hardwickes like it was nothing.
