Well, here's the way to get one!

STEP 1: Start a tank thread in one of our member tank forums (CLICK HERE).

*Btw, it doesn't have to be a new tank. It doesn't matter if your tank has been up for 40+ years, we would still love for you to start a tank thread where we can follow all the updates on your reef!

STEP 2: Get your badge by adding your tank thread to your profile by:

1. Click here to edit the link in your profile: https://www.reef2reef.com/account/account-details

2. Add the URL (link) of your tank thread. You can see Rev's in the example.

3. Save it and BOOM you have the badge AND your badge is now a link to your tank thread!

Amazing huh? :p

And THAT'S IT!! If you'd like to show off your badge, just make a post below. Btw, feel free to include a link to your tank thread and maybe even a pic of your reef. :)

Happy Reefing!!

Mine is gone too but I thought maybe you took it away because I haven't updated it in a long time. lol
Haha! Nope! There's a glitch in the software that takes away the tank thread badge whenever you join any additional user groups (that includes reef clubs, testing groups, opt out groups...any joinable user group), but it's super easy to add it back.

Nice looking tank! How long have you had it?
Thank you! Got it wet July 23, I’m documenting my build thread as a journal so I was able to get that information from there.
It’s not been all smooth sailing by far, but I’m striving to continue good habits and work through issues as they arise. So far it’s been through a 5day power outage and dinoflagellates that still are hanging on (much improved since I added an inline UV to return). Never had to feed a tank so much not to bottom out nutrients, so that’s been a learning curve (thoroughly cured dry live rock is the blame I’m sure). Nutrients are really stable now though, going through a good bit of AFR and additional 3 part… so good signs.
Things are currently looking up. Two tangs and royal gramma going in next week. Planning only a few more fish and lots more frags. When I run out of room planning a nano for another spot where my fish QT is and then a large dedicated garage frag tank when I need to start trimming. Currently planning the 6ft version of this tank for garage :)
