No, there will be a sign up thread posted here on the Battle Corals forum sometime within the next week or 2 and you sign up on that post.

Right now they are working on the Class 1 lottery.

That's all I been doing for 3 years with my tank sometimes its a hard lesson to learn... ($) kinda like my raccoon butterfly
