Stock Tank “Seasoning”

So I’m getting ready to move my 65 to a new temporary house and the plan currently is to move everything to 100 gallon stock tank for the time being. With that said, do the stock tanks need to be cycled or broken in in any way? I have plenty of time so if it’s better to break in for a few weeks first, I have no issue with that.

Just add a few pieces of live rock or filter media and you’re good to go.
