Symmetrical white splotches on black Saddleback clownfish, for your consideration.

Well, my less dominant black Saddleback clownfish has recently had two symmetrical white splotches show up on his head, where I'd imagine it's ears would be, if he had ears. I can't find anything similar online to explain it away. I was only able to photograph his left side, but his right side matches the right side like a mirror. Could it be nips from the dominant fish? Is it a natural occurrence? Is it a parasite or disease? I would greatly appreciate any feedback you may have. And, thank you for your time and insight in advance.

Sincerely,
Ben

Need clearer pics. These are fuzzy and preliminarily can be bacterial or brooklynella

The "sun" has set. I'll get better shots in the morning when I feed them. Thank you! I'll tag you when I post.

@vetteguy53081 I decided to turn on the lights after reading about the urgency of brook. Here are some clearer shots...

I hate my phone's media picker thingy. My apologies...

Unfortunately, that's about as clear as my camera gets. Would video be better?
