They constantly pick. In fact I have seen one pick at a lawnmower blenny (excuse me sir you seem to have something on your... Nom Nom Nom...) Nothing I have seen will go directly at turf except for urchins and big honking turbos and some emeralds, but that is short live once they realize food from you is easier. If you can get the turf short enough it seems other critters can handle it better.I did come here to ask if a tang was a good idea for my turf. I wish I could get one of these but it seems the Indian ocean variant is not quite as pretty but still probably my favorite Cten…. bristletooth.
Good for a 4x2x2? Would it eat hair/turf. Any better options?
