It's going. Ancient Aliens is still on and I just made some coffee. How're things on the Left Coast? You still safe from all of the fires?

Every night bud... every night. Sometimes I will be in the middle of a post and doze off. If I am posting on franks page maybe one or two pages will go by...

I'm usually an early riser (around 5), but if I doze off early, my clock shifts and I'm up at stupid o'clock. Once my eyes open, I'm wide awake. I've never been able to just lay in bed or go back to sleep.

Had a fire pop up about a mile from my house, but they contained it within 6 hours. Good thing. Our usual risk is the protected wilderness area east of my house, but this was west. If it had traveled half a mile east, it would have cut off our only artery out of my development.

I just made and drank about 32oz of black tea (with frothy milk @tbrown because that's how I roll!), so I'm ready to lay down some posts tonight! And perhaps work on a paper I'm supposed to be writing
