These are pods (harmless) right..?

Good evening,
Just want a confirmation that these critters in my zoa frag are indeed pods and the harmless kind.
I’ve only seen them out at night and they seem to scurry off and hide when the flash is on for too long.

Looks like amphipods - good guys
Good to know, i’ll be doing the coral/inverts only approach for the upcoming future until i basically get all the coral i want then go fallow from then before adding fish, so I hope to get a healthy population of these up. Thanks!
