Torch Coral looking shrunk. Please help

Ive had this torch coral for 4 months now. Since i purchased it it had veen extending very nicely! Tentacles were 3-4 inches! 1 week ago it hasnt opened enough… looks stressed. Only extending the tentacles about 1/2 an inch or less…

One head is more open than the other. (Only has two heads) The more closed one looks grayish color.

I have not changed lighting in the past
I have not schanged flow in the past

Parameters:
Salinity 1.026 no change
Ph 7.8-8.0 (apex)
DKh 8.3-8.5 (used to be 9.0 in the past a couple of months ago) (apex)
Ca 430-450 (apex)
Mg 1325-1350 (apex)
Nitrate: 18 (hanna 6 days ago)
Phosphate: 0.14 (hanna 6 days ago)
ORP 350-400 (apex)
Temperature 25.6 very steady
Lights: no change
Flwo: no change

Any ideas? Is this normal?

Some of mine retract for a week or so occasionally for no reason.

Perhaps a fish or shrimp is bothering it.
What animals are in the tank?

Being fine for months then slowly deteriorating, to me, is usually a sign of low lights. I see your torch right beside a mushroom.

Mushrooms are happy in less than 100 par level and they don't like flow. Torches should be in much higher lighting, I know people that keep them in 300+ par, and they like lots of flow.

Your torch is not getting the light and flow that it needs, you should reposition it.

Your torch is not getting the light and flow that it needs, you should reposition it.

I will move it today and see what happens. How much time should I allow after moving it to higher PAR to start seing results?

Corals improve fairly quick, within a day to a few days you should see improvement - if its happy. Just keep a close eye, if the condition worsens, then put it back to this original spot and then figure out plan b. Good luck
