Iv had my UV hard plumbed to a Neptune flow sensor, for over a year now, never had a leak, today was inspecting my system, with a flash light, and i noticed this saltcreep, im literally shocked. Should i be worried? Never had a leak, never messed with it, never cleaned it nothing.

You can see it at the end. I cleaned it off, as best as i could, since its mounted at the back of my tank.

Hard to tell flow direction. That looks to also be a union. You might have a mis-aligned seal on that. I really doubt if you have a PVC glue seal that it would leak. Extremely unlikely as that bond is incredibly strong.
Yup, over tightening unions crushes and deforms the seal making them leak, eventually.

Or worse, over tightening causes the plastic to crack and leak.

I would figure out which kind of leak you are looking at. The crack might expand into a waterfall and the seal might be reseated and the problem goes away? GL

I actually did a mistake and used a pvc glue on that union, and it has been over a year almost 1 year and 5 months by now. Its really weird for it to leak now. Should i take the system down? Or clean it and move on?

The only way to know is to take it out, disassemble, clean all seals and threads and then reassemble. It looks like it is leaking at a threaded connection - chances are good you can sort that pretty easily. But, I would not disassemble without spare seals if it takes any.

Iv been watching it for the past 2 hours cleaned it as much as i can. I dont see any more leaks. Ima keep my eye on it. Hoping its a splash from the lid when i work on the tank, since the setup, is behind the tank directly mounted.

Looks like the world's slowest leak. So slow, water evaporates before it can drip... You. Saw. Nothing.

Monitor over time.
