post a full tank picture here and we can list the steps for them to take for a rip clean, require total compliance to the plan and it'll work and I can get a new fix example. *if it's ok, for the sake of science, with your permission I need to add your thread here to the initial loss examples not for any reason other than they're rare to collect, and we use the contrast outcome for learning proofs. sound ok>?

I would seriously think about finding a new maintenance person or do it yourself. You are not supposed to disrupt a DSB. Maybe a very light stirring of the very top layer, and that's it. The low oxygen zones in the deeper part of the sand are where the "magic" happens. Im running one and the results have been great so far. I also believe the methane gas release is one of those myths that won't go away. I have never read anything to validate it. It's always the classic "My cousins brothers uncle had it happen to him".
