What’s wrong with Hewbie’s fin?

I noticed Hewbie’s fin has a white spot and almost has a strong/fin hanging from it. Was someone nipping at it? Flukes?

Looks like a minor injury, but of course, you'll want to watch that in case it grows in size (signaling an infection) or if new spots show up.
