Are you using the AI app or mobius ? If AI app you can click a point you want until a slider pops up and then you can drag it left or right to adjust the time.
Thanks Nate. I have tried that. I can get the slider to move but it doesn't change the light schedule?
Maybe I can message you?

where to place the tank is always the hardest decision for me, and so hard to change course once you're up and running
that was actually the easiest decision for me... it only fit in 2 places in my house, and 1 of them involved carrying a 450-lb tank down a flight of stairs with 2 90-degree bends in it! into the living room it goes! lol

Selling everything off from my "dream" tank. It wasn't really a dream tank in the end and I think the hardest part was accepting I needed to move on from it and reset myself within the hobby
I feel like that is a difficult part with a lot of hobbies. Selling off something you love yo either start fresh or downsize

Walking away from the good deals to keep my wallet from looking sickly... Other than that, coral placement to make the tank look good and health of the corals.
I’ve had thoughts about that in the past wondering “did I make the decision passing up on that deal?”

For me, when my 90g went down for the count, I had to make the decision whether to leave the hobby or not. I ended up hanging it up for about 10 years. It was a combination of frustration, finances and redirecting my time directly to my family. My boy was 14 and girl 12. It was a wise decision, in hindsight.

Still deciding when to connect my reef tank to my mangrove tank. The plumbing is done, just need to turn on pump. The mangrove tank has a base of organic potting soil capped with gravel.

Buying Fish. So stressful hoping they get through QT and then don't get murdered by one of my grumpy old tangs or hawkfish, or just bonk out not eat and fade away.

Getting help. After 42 years of reefing because of my age(78) and medical conditions I had to admit I could no longer maintain my reef tank. I hired a maintenance service and that allowed me to keep my tank

Yep! That is one aspect of reef keeping that has been difficult for me. We don't have a qt tank yet (due to space). So it's a gamble putting fish into our tank hoping they don't bring anything.

All in or all out. I hated the chore of WC and hated the testing kits. In short, I've simplified WC and the Hanna test kits for Phos, Nit and Alk were game-changers. Having control over things on an app on a phone like lighting and powerheads is priceless.

The most difficult decision was, and is, whether to stay in the hobby or let it go after 60 plus years of joy, frustration and expense.
Dude. You're on a roll! I know I had a hard time after only 5 years in. I mean, you could always just keep the tank set up and clean everything up and re-enter at a later date. But 60+ years?!?! Wow! That's gotta be the record for this site! Or for any site, lol! Gotta ask....As I am 60 years old, I wonder just how hard it's gonna be to perform maintenance in 15 to 20 years. And I know every body is different in the way it reacts to physical stress.....But do you find that this is a limitation for you? I'm already arthritis bound and am just a little concerned what that dynamic is going to look like......

I had a newly added starry blenny sprint into the glass and injure its spine badly. The decision to euthanize it via temperature decrease was probably my hardest decision in the hobby
Why didn't you just pull it up and eutanize it? Temperature decrease sounds like a very bad way to go.

Yep! We try to simply everything we can. I feel like I can overcomplicate issues haha
