In my tank, we used to have a beautiful Duncan. It was doing great for a few months after getting it. However, we went out of town for vacation and came back to it not doing so hot; eventually, it died. I am wondering have you ever had a coral you were proud of owning at one point, but it eventually died in your tank. Photo Credit: @simply texan

I miss this plate coral. It had its ups and down. Started to recede in flesh then iodine dipped and bounced back. Only to repeat for several months. It eventually gave. I did keep it in the tank in hopes of babies coming off but nothing. Now I keep its skeleton lol.

I had a large colony of JF Solar flare acropora a couple years ago. It was the size of both my hands, and the centerpiece of my sps display tank. It slowly stn’d over a few months. I fragged and fragged it, but all but one piece died. That piece is still stunted to this day.

A couple years ago…

I am not able to keep euphyllia alive, and it makes me very sad... here are some of my victims... no exaggeration when I say it hurts my heart that I killed these, and I've given up on euphyllia entirely...

Had an amazing colony of Walt Disney that had been grown from a super small frag and to this day don't know what caused it to go up in flames in just a few days.
