Ive never had them not stand by their warranty, Ive used them for about 2 years now. Ive lost 2 of the fish Ive gotten (Ive ordered a lot) and they always stood by it. Not they have fish tagged as “expert” and those are only with a DOA warranty.
Well…I felt the same way, until they didn’t. ‍♀️ buyer beware.

I've made several purchases through them and never had a problem, always answered any questions very quickly and every fish I have from them came in absolutely perfect. A quick google search show their track record is much better than dr reef!
Welp, that hasn’t been my experience ‍♀️ I think the original poster was asking for experiences, right? With ReefBeauties, the more expensive the fish, the less likely they stood by their warranty - for me. They offered me a $25 credit when a $300 fish died. For me with Dr. Reef, they sent a blue dot jawfish, it died and not only did they honor their warranty, they just refunded my money when I asked.

Fishotel is the best and I have used them all. Nothing compares but you do have to do extra leg work to get fish from him. The best don't come easy you know.

I wonder if it is a emoji from a phone not working right? The forum itself only has smilies...

To be fair to Reef Beauties, they never guarantee that a fish will eat and no one else does either. They offer a 15-day guarantee on most fish other than expert level which is arrive alive only. This is at least as good if not better than most other sites. I would not exclude based on this one post
That's not true. NY Aquatics guarantees their fish are eating frozen food

This is the emoji they are actually using, the forum is changing it to a female sign.
