Really tough to see - it isn't ich or velvet. It could be flukes that were lifted off the fish by the prazipro, but not killed outright. It could also be mucus/bacteria at the sites where flukes HAD been before the prazi.

Im wondering as Jay stated flukes as well as skin irritation as I notice tthe hepatus is breathing very rapidly. This is part can be due to flukes but also can be water quality mainly ammonia level.
What is the ammonia level and how are you testing it?
Prazi takes at least 3 days to be effective and may just be starting to work

Water change yes and the badge is perhaps the worse device as it after two weeks and in copper gives false readings and will always show Zero and is also made for freshwater.
You have to ask yourself- Do you want to risk water quality using an $8 device to sustain a couple hundred dollars or more worth of fish. Invest is salifert or Hanna brand tests but in the mean time take a water sample to an LFS that Does NOT use api tests and see what readings they come up with.

After water change- add a little- not full dose. At next water change (8 days) you can add 85% of recommended amount

So that means 3 rounds of prazi?
Hold on...... I see your very clear pics and see mucus cones which likely are mixed with ich. I agree as stated earlier - skin irritation which was likely trigger and you will need to treated with coppersafe at 2.25 in lieu of prazi. I know this may sound confusing but this is the clearest pics posted and shows a clearer assessment.
Treat for a FULL 30 days (do not interrupt this 30 day period) monitored by a reliable Copper Test kit such as Hanna Brand- No API brand. Also monitor Ammonia levels while in quarantine with a reliable test kit and add aeration during treatment using an air stone. Do water change as planned but add coppersafe

I dont like mixing both but again likely irritation and focus on ammonia level. Cupramine is more potent and may or may not be a contributor. Rin it at .45 opposed to the max level of .5

Whoa - these pictures look completely different! These are mucus plugs. Fish produce these are a response to some stress. Ich is a common cause, other times, the cause is unknown.

Could this be stress from the prazipro?

Perhaps - but I've not seen that before. I just assumed your copper treatment was effective, any chance that ich got back into your tank afterwards, or if there was any issue with the treatment?
