My tank is about 7 years old, woke up this morning and my one hammer looks dead.

Water conditions are all on par. Other coral all happy. Could the larger hammer on the top have killed it?

They been together for just under a year.

Forgot to mention, dosed some Vibrant, this is prob the cause, as it’s all that has changed.

Polyp bailout and likely due to:
High flow
High phosphates
Low calcium

This can happen even with others looking healthy. Vibrant has been known to causes issues like this

I knew I should have not used it, someone I know said it cleared all his sand and made it look really good. Thanks
