I got her with the clownfish I was at the store and they were like they needs to go together it will be fine but clearly something is off I did all the test all looks fine I will do water change regardless to see if that is gonna help her
So that’s a maroon clown. They get big and are super mean. Just be aware, it’s one of the most aggressive fish I have kept. They naturally host bubble tips and you say you have one doing well. I’d try to return the long tentacle. It’s not a good choice, looks on deaths door and likely not save able

As far as your LFS, as stated find a new one. They led you down a bad path to make a sale. I’m guessing they also recommended selling you the pH buffer. There’s a lot going wrong here. Study up on the animals before purchase and ask chemistry questions here, not to the guy selling you things.

Do you think it’s that ?
If it was truly zero, it could be that. But if you have some nitrate then that’s good.

See my post below but avoid bleached out nems like this.

This nem should look like this:

If it doesn’t look full and colorful and healthy like that then it’s not worth purchasing.

100% do not use ph buffer. Ph buffer will raise alkalinity and throw off other parameters. It's truly a garbage product and I found out the hard way. I can't think of any scenario where I would use it. If you're having ph problems make sure you have good surface agitation, and if that doesn't get you to the levels you want to be at run an air stone from outside to your tank, you can also set your refugium on an opposite lighting schedule as your display and that will help raise your pH as well.
As for the LTA, it looks cooked, fingers crossed it comes back though, but I doubt it does.
If you try again make sure all of your parameters are within an acceptable range and remain stable. Also I've noticed your sandbed is not deep enough for a LTA. LTA's will do good in about 4-6in sandbed, if you don't want to add more sand you can get an appropriate sized jar and fill it halfway with sand, add the NEM to the jar then bury it with sand until the jar is full.
Another thing is don't listen to people about waiting 6+ months to add a LTA. I've added them to new tanks right after they cycle and they do just fine. LTA's are one of the more hardy anemones so I would stick with that one if you try again. Avoid bubble tips, they can be a little more sensitive to changes.

Definitely looks like a long tentacle anemone. . . an angry one. . . but not dead. They do move and I have seen them on top of the sand like that if they become dislodged (by flow) when moving. I typically dig a little hole and set the anemone foot first inside. . . that said, I see some mesentery filaments which I am not used to seeing in nems, though in corals it is not typically a good sign. As others have said/asked, gonna need to know more parameters. Phosphate, lighting, temp, salinity, any recent changes???

Also, are you running carbon, typically you don't want to mix anemone species (you said you also have a bubble tip) and if you do, you want to run carbon to combat any chemical warfare that MAY be happening (thats the idea anyway).

Also, I agree with others about not chasing pH.

I would probaly separate the clowns from it until it settles in, It's obviously having a rough transfer. Clownfish are known to "snuggle" healthy anemones to death...

This is looking more promising. Maybe try and bury the foot in the sand. Or some people get a piece of PVC and dig that into the sand, then add the nem to it then push sand in around it. Other than maybe that, leave it alone and hope for the best.
