Yikes, those are going to spread everywhere.
If it was me, I’d take that rock out and any rock that had it growing on it. Remove the Zoas and dip for a minute in 50/50 mix with peroxide and tank water in a separate container and rinse and inspect and lightly use a soft toothbrush to remove them from the Zoas.

I started off with 1 sprig of it that was hidden on some zoas that disappeared one day. It actually detached and floated into a rock now I’m trying to nuke my tank to get rid of them

any other things to try that dont include taking rock out?

That’s the safest bet take a hammer and knock that section off the rest just make sure you get it all since they send a root like structure into the gaps of the rock
