I ordered the part for my printer, it's been a week and no more response from Creality.

My other printer should be here around March 15, but I think I will be preoccupied with something.:thinking-face:
Are you going to contact Creality again

You can put mine on the backburner if needed.

I personally prefer Prusa printers, they come at a premium, but I have only ever had one failed print, and I have printed about sixty models on it. I have the Prusa Mini+, it has an auto-leveling bed, and can print pretty much any material you can imagine. It can raise the bed to 100C, and extruder to 300C.

My Creality was my introduction to 3D printing. I ordered a Bambu the other day. I've heard a lot of good things about Prusa but want to give the Bambu a try.
