Good luck. Make sure to physically remove as much of the cyano as possible before each dose of snow. This will help the snow and bacteria adhere to fresh surfaces, outcompeting the cyano for space.

Freshwater filter only or is it? Have you ever used an HOB filter on a saltwater tank?
