so I have my current tank running all my apex gear. I want to setup another tank on another level in my house which is near my DOS, can I hookup another energy back to my doser to tie into the main system? Also, is there anyway to connect a 2nd temp prob or so I need some other module? I have the apexEl

Yes, you can add another energy bar, attaching its aquabus cable to the DOS that's already communicating with your system. To add another temp probe, you'll need a PM1 module, which will also give you the option of another pH or ORP probe.

Awesome. Thanks. Saves me from having to buy a new controller.

Can I hook up the older style energy bar. (Not the eb832) to the apex el?

Yes, an EB4 or EB8 will work as well. I recommend the EB4, which has all mechanical relays unlike the EB8 which has multiple TRIAC switches. The EB4 also has one outlet rated at 12A which is more than any one outlet on an EB8 or EB832; potentially useful for high draw devices like chillers.
