Thanks. Most SPS turned pale, pink lemonade colony bleached and died, Pink Floyd is dead as well.

Corals are starting to recover now. Initially I did 50% WC when I got back, then Daily 10% for 2 weeks, then weekly after.

Heres my new tank now, set it up last April last year:

Tank: Red Sea Reefer 250
Lights: AP700 that I retrofitted in a ATI Sunpower
Powerhead: MP10 and MP40
Return pump: Sicce Syncra 3.0
Dosing Pump: Bubble Magus
Skimmer Bubble Magus Curve 5
Reactor: Skims Chaeto Reactor
Controller: Apex Jr

My main dose is ESV B-Ionic Alk, Ca, and Mag. But I feed and dose other bunch of stuff, like KZ Pohls extra and Flatwormstop, Seachem Fuel, Kent Vit C, and Red Sea Trace Color ABCD. I also feed Oyster feast, reef roids, Hikari seaweed pellet, NLS Pellets, Fauna marine LPS pellets, Rods food, Hikari Frozen Mysis and frozen spirulina brine shrimp. There's probably a couple that I missed.

Thanks. Yes, I just change the lower plumbing, and added dividers in the cabinet.

Not sure. But my magnet cleaner stunk really really bad (like a dead anemone in a skimmers cup. LOL), maybe it was leaching something. Couple days after throwing it away, I got better PE’s, and the bleaching stopped. Other than the two corals I’ve mentioned, they’re already gonners when I got back.

Yeah really weird. I’ve been using flipper for like almost 3 years now, and never had problems.

So now, I don’t leave it in the tank anymore. I always take it out after use.

Bleaching/pale stopped, and colors are starting to come back - still looks bad though.

This one (Pink Lemonade) didnt make it (and a pink Floyd too).. They're already dead when I got back from my vacation. Ugh

It’s kinda weird, when I switched from radions to AP700, I thought the radions looked better, that’s why I thought switching back. But now that I went back to radions, it felt like the AP700 looked better, like more HD look. Ugh.

Maybe it’s just the transition from the lights. My eyes don’t get used to the new ones right away.

On a side note, I still have shadowing even with 2 x XR30 G4 pros on a 36” tank. So I might get a aquaticlife T5 hybrid to supplement.

This is scaring me as I use the Flipper as well. Since I copy much of how you maintain your tank I fear the same fate. Now I’m thinking either changing out my scraper regularly or change over to something like the Tunze scraper that is almost all just plastic.

It happens on other brands too. I bought flipper again because it's convenient switching from scrapping to wiping stuff on the glass.

Just take it out and rinse after using it. Anyways, I only do it couple times a week. So a minute or two extra work on the tank is nothing. Compare to staring at it for an hour or two. Hehehe
