Probably a bacterial bloom because I started adding vinegar to the kalk in the new tank.

So your carbon dosing just make sure you have lots of air in the dt.

Really kills the nitrates corals and nems love.

Also if you don't have a killer skimmer all the dying bacteria causes ammonia issues.

I don't have a sump, so I am running a deltec mce600. But I will stop the carbon dosing for now.
