Ammonia level in QT

i dosed dr Tim in my 10g AIO.

I have foam in the back chamber with an air stone.

I have a clown and I want to dose prazipro but my ammonia is .5.

it has been set up for 4 days. Just did a water change. Should I wait for ammonia to go down before dosing prazipro?

Ammonia wont have impact on Prazi However will have impact on the fish. Some type of hang on filter may help as the foam block is not keeping up. Assure there is no presence of ammonia in the water before it gets to QT tank. I assume youre using RODI water ?
