Amount of time my lights should be on?

I have a reefbreeders Photon V2 on a mixed reef. I run them for 6hrs. this what I ran my MH for. The growth does not seem to be the same. Should I run them longer?

I run my lights a total of 12 hours, with 6 hours being at peak, with a ramp up and down.
