Normal that it's stretching out like that. Hiding under a rock is more of a red flag. Age of tank? Current parameters and lighting being used? Also looks as though the anemone is bleached.

Why is hiding under a rock bad?
It usually means there's something off with the environment or could just be part of acclimation. Anemone require strong lighting to survive. So being in a shady area isn't the best situation. Don't try and move it though.
