Discovered this guy today. Any idea on what he might be? My rock came from Tampa Bay Saltwater several months ago. First time I’m seeing him.

Do they come to points where they meet or are kinda like little meat tenderizer mallets? That's a big tell as far as the crab's diet. It's hard to tell in photo.

Pointy-meat from killing and scavenging Flattened-mostly algae and detritus from scraping rocks

Looks like a stone crab (maybe Menippe mercenaria) Generally a bad guy but some guys will raise them

Florida Stone Crab - excellent sump monster or give to LFS or crunch it up to feed the critters in your tank.
