APEX Update (v2) to FIX DOS glitches...It "should" be Coming (Today or Tues)

I just got off the phone with the APEX team. The bottom line upfront is that the engineers are working on an update to fix the glitches some of us experienced after the update on Friday. (I sent them a video on SATURDAY) after the latest APEX push, like others, I had issues with the DOS, not connecting and adding more DOS. 2 of my 3 DOS went back online. They are on the APEX A3 Pro head-up. The other one, the APEX A2 EL head unit, went BRICK...clicks, high-frequency pitches, and EXTREMELY HOT to the touch. I left it unplugged since it was too hot and wasn't of use anyway. I also snuck in a question on the Trident NP release, no answer other than later this month ((Hey I tried)...lol..See video of my situation:
