Are these eggs in my pearly jawfish's mouth?

I got two jawfish about 6 months ago. They seem to share a burrow (from what I can tell) and just have separate entrances. I thought my jawfish was choking on something, but it looks like there are tiny white dots in his mouth. Are these eggs? Should I do anything to help the jawfish?
