White dots in my aquarium

These white dots have been on the walls of my tank for a while now, they are difficult to scrape off and i just don’t know what they are. Snail eggs? If somebody could let me know I’d greatly appreciate it.

Snail eggs won't be so scattered. Could be hydroids. Hard to tell from photo

Probably spirorbid worms. Harmless but you want to keep them in check because they can take over and are very hard to physically remove. Keep nutrients in check and don’t feed too much powder coral foods because they love feeding on that.
