Barnacles on Mexican Turbo? Safe or remove?

Just got some Mexican Turbos a few days ago and just noticed one of them has what seems to be barnacles on it.

Curious if this is ok to keep on them or if I should clip the barnacles off or just remove the entire snail.

It should be fine to leave the barnacles there:
Yeah, that's a barnacle. I'm not aware of any snail-parasitic barnacles, so it's probably a harmless filter-feeder (and it will probably die off on it's own soon unless you're dosing phyto and pods to the tank).
