hey aquascaper, have you gotten amboinesis or debelius past meta?

Not yet- Life has been extreme lately, but without excuse....
I will be making some pseudo kriesels for breeding purposes...

we have in the past brought our L. sp to zoe III and IV with plastic goldfish bowls and live artemia only- so I am Very Optomistic with these
babes- now that we have live fura and fauna....

My personal and Pinacle Goal is to have enough dedicated time to achive growout on the H. pincta and H. elegans....

I had my coff and cig LOL-
But breeding is something that I enjoy for my destress time...
it's just that I have just now been able to afford(not) the beginings of
the breeder collection....

I'll be Exhuberated when the cardinals first breed.....:dribble::snicker:

I always get excited about breeding, but do not have a proper setup to do much about it at the moment. I guess I'm just feeding my tanks fancy meals until I get my breeder set up.

D2 - Let me know what equipment you got! I got a whole fish room that only has a prop tank ATM!

I've got pairs of the following fish:

Clowns:
pink skunks
Cquest onyx
snowflake ocellaris (x3)
picasso percula
orange ocellaris
clarkii
melanistic clarkii
Rod's onyx
platinum percula
naked ocellaris

Gobies:
gold line neons (E. figaro)
standard blue line neons (E. oceanops)
green banded gobies
red headed gobies
sharknose cleaner gobies (can't remember species name right now)

Misc
coral beauty angels
flame angels
multicolor angels
green target mandarins
psychadellic mandarins (red variant)
queensland dottybacks
tailspot blennies
Bellus angels

Not all of those pairs are spawning yet, but nearly all are at least showing good signs of it. I had a coral cat pair that laid eggs once for me, but then the female died when I had a pump fiasco :(

You can see some pics and some spawning logs here: Chelsey - SLASH Forums Please keep in mind, however, that not all pairs have spawning logs, and not all successes have been documented yet ;) Broodstock room is going to be completely revamped in the next 2 weeks...I'll be adding more runs, more tanks, and more barrels for the angels. Pics of the broodstock system that are on that forum are not current.

Trying to breed maderian dragonets and clown fish

Tank size is 135 gal. reef setup

the tank is about 7months old. aquascaper is my friend/brother as we say. so he found me the pairs. they where not together before they where put into my tank.

the clowns are young but are spawn/mating/dancing and the female is cleaning the flower pot i put in for them, so i don't think it will be much longer for them.

dragonets have allready spawned once and i have set my neptune controller to keep the system the same so the will spawn again.

here is a small sample pic of my tank. if it where clean i whould take a pic of the whole thing.

I have a pair of Occelaris clowns that lay every 10-11 days. The female is 4 years old, and the male is 3. They are in a 55 reef. Have about 150 going right now to day 4. Think I've got the hang of it now (couple disaster to start). I do have 5 from my first hatch, that are now close to 90 days old.

Working on getting my pair of saddleback's to lay eggs. They are in a 20 high.

I will be buying another pair of clowns in the near future.
