Individual stems, green stylo.
Does each crown have 8 petals/tentacles? If so, it's likely some type of octocoral.
It's also possible that they're colonial hydroids... you can Google some images and see if they appear similar to what you have.

So I used Google lens came up as hydroids. First time I've ever seen these before. Thanks for the help!
