This. Works perfectly. Used it to make flat base pieces for my aquascape. She’s as solid as it gets.

I used a long dimond searzall blade to cut some large rocks in half. It worked fine. We wet the rock and my wife held the roc with a towel I cut straight down the middle. It wasn't fast and kind of a pain but very doable.

Jumping into the conversation about cutting Marco rock, managing blade temperature is definitely important. For those exploring materials that are easier to shape and customize for aquascaping, I stumbled upon some interesting solid surface options here.

If your using an angle grinder with a masonry wheel you can use a spray bottle with water to keep the edge of the rock moist and wet. Keeps it cool and less dust.
