Daisies under my snail?

I can't for the life of me figure out what these are. I noticed it tonight on the bottle of a astrea snail. I haven't added anything into my tank in months. Is it some sort of hydroids or could it even be like GSP?? Does anyone know what this is?

Do you think it's worth doing a fenbendazole treatment to clear them out or just manually remove those and wait?

No fenz as it May affect snail.

Uh oh. OK I gave that specific snail a peroxide scrub and going to hope it is contained
