Are you talking about the spots on his face? It’s hard to see? You may need to consider removing the fish for closer observation and treatment. better pictures will get better Help too
She’s got black ich dude and I think that’s being accompanied by a bacterial disease breaking down the skin, or hille from stress. Can you give her a FW dip while we go over your treatment options

The FW dip will provide temporary relief but do you have any meds on hand

The food your feeding is good but get some vitamins to help boost the fishes immune system.

Forgive me if I’ve missed something but this looks like black ich spots
I also see small black spots on the yellow dorsal fin in that same picture

Now that’s a good question for the fish Dr @Humblefish. It’s like 1am or later where he’s at but check back with us tomorrow he’s regularly on in the afternoon
