I couldn’t find a ton of info online when I set out to do this and I spent some time thinking through the design, so I thought I’d share in case anyone else is looking to do something similar. I think the drawing is fairly self explanatory, but feel free to ask questions or make suggestions if you see any gaps in the design. It has been up and running smoothly for about 2 months now.
Edit: The code is not meant to be copy/paste into apex but contains the general logic needed. If there is interest I can pull up the actual code and put it in here.
