Experiences with replacing chipped cabinets?

I received my Waterbox stand today, and the front door was chipped, sadly. I dont blame Waterbox, but I'm still super disappointed after waiting. Does anyone have experiences with getting parts replaced? I was thinking I could assemble the entire thing and not the put the door on, and just exchange that piece. I'm not sure if Waterbox will request all of it to be returned. I've tried contacting them as well, but probably wont have a response until tomorrow and this is my day off. Wanted to enjoy the process tonight if I could.

Not sure if I'm possibly being too....'picky?' I just feel like that's a big eyesore. Wouldn't care if was on the inside, or anywhere else
