I am looming to possibly get an external pump to pull water out on my IM 10G AIO and push it through an algae reactor and then a UV filter and back into the tank.

also recommend an internal pump that can fit here also

anyone have any idea what GPH i might need and what i should look to buy?

You can donthat with any pump. Is there a reason you want an external pump?

I believe innovative marine AIO rear chambers are too small to house a pump that can push wather through both a algae reactor and also a UV filter. I could be wrong but i really dont think i can find a small powerful pump

The issues there is flow and throughput.
The rear chamber can only flow what is available to it. The solution to this is to pull from and push back into the same chamber. Most all in ones will not be able to handle the flow for a uv processed through the return pump. You can cycle all the water you like with a separate pump if pushed back into the same chamber which it was pulled from without issue.
