So my white belly yellow Cori’s wrasse disappeared under the sand after 2 weeks of acting normal. He came back out 8 days later and one of his eyes looked like possible Popeye. It has been 2 days and the eye isn’t popped out anymore but is cloudy and looks like a red tint. Any help would be great

This is one that should heal on its own but to assure just that, treat with Maracyn, not Maracyn oxy for 5 days or more if needed

can I treat it in my DT tank? I don’t have a qt tank and I doubt I’ll be able to catch him.

Not with Maracyn, unfortunately
