female wrasse turn male?

My LFS has a female Mccosker's flasher wrasse,

will it turn male? if its the only flasher wrasse in the tank?

If your female Mccosker's flasher wrasse is the only one in the tank, it's unlikely to turn male. They usually change sex in the presence of a dominant male.
I currently have a male carpenter flasher wrasse that I was going to rehome for the mccoskers wrasse but in that case Will the carpenter wrasse turn the mccoskers wrasse into a male?
