This was really tough to read through. The last thing you want to do with a stressed out sick fish with ick is throw it in a fw dip. For one it does not kill the ick as its been proven time and time again, and two, if the fish is stressed out the last thing you want to do is stress it out more. There are three options really imo, copper, hyposalinity or feed it with garlic, selcon, dr g's medicated foods. But please stop fw dipping this poor fish. If its not eating and just laying on the surface its most likely not going to survive at this point. The thing about ick is if you over react its always the fish that gets the butt end of the reaction.
This is not ich I'm dealing with here if you read my post !!

Yeah i feed with garlic...like i said he acts perfectly normal and it dont seem to bother me i just dont want it to eventually kill him...ive heard that if a fish is healthy eating and swimming normally it could beat ich on its own and my cleaner shrimp and tang have become best friends lol

They just kinda build up an immunity to it but I don't know if that's proven either

This is not ich I'm dealing with here if you read my post !!

I read this whole post, problem is you are over reacting. First it was a stressed purple tang and you thought it had ick, then after fw dips, which did nothing more than stress it out more, you diagnosed the fish with velvet, then formalin. Now you are throwing out cupramine, to me this fish has zero chance to survive. Its a purple tang, they are notorious for getting ick, the best thing for this fish would have been to add it to an established mature tank with plenty to graze on, then feed well. I'm betting it would have recovered just fine on its own.

I'm not trying to dog on you, but this has just been a horrible read. I'll go now, I just feel bad for the fish.

I believe she reacted correctly and is doing the right treatment for this tang. He was in bad shape when she bought him and has a good chance to turn him around. She also didn't diagnose the fish on her own but had humblefish's help with that. It's a diagnosis I agree with along with the treatment plan.
