Does anyone have a Hanna PO4 (ULR checker HI774) and the Salifert PO4 reagents?
I just tested mine using the Salifert reagents and the test came back the same ballpark as the Hanna reagents for my acropora tank (0.16)
I did not wait the 3 minutes and perhaps I should have as the test on the larger tank came out higher but I think there were still some bubbles from the vigorous shaking.

Does anyone else have these on hand and would be willing to do a comparison? would be interesting to know because I have no use for my PO4 salifert reagents otherwise.

Don’t have answer for you, but as I understand it the PO4 samples should be stirred not shaken. On the other hand the NO3 requires shaking.

I would not assume that values you'd get back would be identical.

There was something similar reported with the HR Nitrate tester:

I wouldn't rely on it, but I'd be curious what others results are if anyone's willing to try

The main issue is the exact amount of dilution of the sample into the water containing the reagents.

With the Salifert phos test you use 10ml of water and 4 drops of reagent, plus a powder, so the method doesn't deviate as much as the above article
