Does anyone have experience hard plumbing a paxbellum?

Do you need special fittings or are the fittings pretty standard?

Pretty sure the included barbed fittings for the n18 have 1/2” NPT threads where they attach to the lid and the base. Might want to check with the manufacturer to confirm. If that’s the case and the pieces aren’t epoxied in, I’d don’t se why a hard plumbing conversion wouldn’t work.
