im starting pico 5 gallon saltwater tank, which is 1 month cycling, i have a live rock and live sand. i placed my 60 gallon fresh water tank that been 3 years filter to process the biological/bacteria. i have done 10-20 percent water changes between 2 weeks. Also been pouring seed-aquavitr product to build up bacteria. Now my question is how to start and when is the right time to place fishes and corals? i dont have experience in salt water but im willing to learn. Thanks

Welcome. There is a difference between fresh and salt water bacteria. Fresh water bacteria will not survive in saltwater, so filter bacteria that you had on your 60G fresh water is probably now dead. Also, I am not sure what " seed-aquavitr" is. Nothing comes up on Google. You want salt water nitrifying bacteria, not fresh water. Read 1st post here for all the info you need about cycling
