I am having very great result in loweing No3/Po4 with Blue life clear fx pro. Give it a try!

Just an fyi, that material cannot bind nitrate from seawater. The best it can do in that regard is export organics in the water before they can break down to give ammonia/nitrate.

Do you use filter socks ? From my experience I had elevated NO3 in the 75 ppm range and tried numerous things.
Once I removed the filter socks and NO3 bio block my NO3 went down. For a bit (3 months) I used BioPellets.
I suspect the filter socks and bio block was actually adding to the NO3.

I do have ongoing detectable NO2.

Nope, only a Reef Octopus Classic SSS skimmer.
